 Lindsey Channel, Outfitter/Guide
Lindsey began fishing as a kid in Boulder, Colorado. He started guiding professionally in Alaska in 1989. After nearly a decade of guiding on some of Alaska's finest rivers, Lindsey moved to Kalispell, Montana and started Channel Outfitters. Lindsey has extensive knowledge of everything fly fishing and still guides daily during the fishing season. Mr. Channel
has developed many fly patterns that are extremely succesful in western Montana
rivers. With guiding experience on 38 different rivers and nearly 2000
proffesional trips, Lindsey will teach you some valuable things about trout
fishing. |
Mike Christensen, Guide
Mike hails from Washington state and grew up fishing for steelhead. He commercial fished in Alaska for 3 years and sport fished throughout the region during that time. Mike now lives in Whitefish, Montana. Mike is a soft spoken guy who brings a certain calmness to the river. Mike is a very innovative fly tier who ties some of the best foam hopper patterns in Montana. His knowledge of our rivers make him a great guy to spend some time with. Fish with Mike and use some of his secrets. |
Andy Guy, Guide
Andy Guy grew up fly
fishing in Maine and moved to Bigfork Montana after college. Andy is a fly tier
and extremly knowledgable about western Montana rivers. Andy guides in from both a raft and
a drift boat and is willing to take you wherever the fish are. He comes with
a lot of patience and know how. Andy likes to catch big browns on the Missouri
River. |
Chris McAdams, Guide
Chris lives in Missoula and has logged numerous days on every river in Western Montana. He is a true pro. Chris has a great demeanor on the river and guides people with ease. Chris ties flies and fishes constantly. When he gets a day off, he will no doubt be on the river fhishing for fun. This guy is a real pro and wait till you try his shore lunches. |
Jeremy Maynard, Guide
Jeremy comes from Helena, Montana and currently resides in Kalispell. Jeremy has much enthusiasm for the chase of wild trout. When not guiding, Jeremy ties flies and fishes the Missouri or Clark Fork Rivers. You will feel like a friend after a day on the river with Jeremy. He sincerely wants to help you catch fish. Jeremy guides with rafts and drift boats and has a working knowledge of every river in Western Montana plus he is one very nice guy. |
Jason Lanier, Guide
Jason Lanier has been fishing the rivers around Montana for over twenty years. Originally from Southern California, he spent most of his childhood summers traveling and fly fishing the western states. After moving to Montana in 1996, he has guided for several of the top outfitters in Montana for 9 years. Jason is a very acomplished and innovative fly tier. Several of Jason's fly patterns are featured in the Montana Fly Company's 2007 catolog. Jason is a real ace on the river, he also guides our hunters in the fall. |
